As all our cards are personalised and custom-made, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. This is in accordance with European consumer law, which provides an exception for personalised products.

Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us within 14 days of receipt via barakahdesigns.co@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will work together to find a solution.
