General Terms and Conditions

1. General

By placing an order with BarakahDesigns, you agree to these terms and conditions. BarakahDesigns reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The most recent version is always available on our website.

2. Products

All products are described and displayed with care. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Our cards are handmade and personalized – each one is unique.

3. Orders & Pre-orders

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. For pre-orders, the shipping date stated on the product page applies. BarakahDesigns reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, after which you will receive a full refund.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices include VAT. BarakahDesigns accepts payments via the payment methods available at checkout. In case of non-payment, BarakahDesigns reserves the right to cancel the order.

5. Shipping

Orders will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout. BarakahDesigns is not responsible for delays or loss caused by the carrier. Please check your address details carefully before placing your order.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Because all our products are personalized, they are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law. We do not accept returns or exchanges. In case of a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days at barakahdesigns.co@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

The original designs of BarakahDesigns are protected. Some visual elements are created using licensed design software (Canva) and are covered by the associated usage license. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or commercially use our products or images without permission.

8. Liability

BarakahDesigns is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the relevant order.
